Suzanne partners with attorneys and professionals at pivotal moments, whether stepping into increased responsibility, strengthening their leadership presence, or navigating transitions.
She understands the practice of law from both sides: as outside counsel and as the client. As a litigation partner, Suzanne developed clients and knows firsthand the demands of private practice: client expectations, high-stakes cases, and the path to partnership. As in-house counsel for organizations ranging from a small tech company to a large public company, she managed outside counsel, advised business leaders, and led a legal team. Across 30+ years in law, HR, and business leadership, Suzanne has seen how attorneys are developed, evaluated, and promoted from multiple organizational vantage points. She helps clients gain clarity, elevate their impact, and move forward with intention, whether growing within their current role or confidently stepping into a new one.
Grounded in International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards, her approach blends deep listening with direct, practical insight. She helps clients recognize their strengths, identify blind spots, define their goals and vision, and take purposeful action. As an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, Suzanne also uses the ELI assessment to show clients how they respond under pressure and how to lead more effectively in demanding moments.
A graduate of Washington University School of Law and Tufts University, she is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the ICF and an ELI Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).
