Sophie is a speaker, coach, and entrepreneur who works at the intersection of intergenerational communication, Gen Z workplace dynamics, and mental health. At 25, she has already worked with organizations including Amazon, Netflix, Target, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and writes regularly for Psychology Today.

Sophie holds an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) credential from the International Coaching Federation, as well as a BA in Psychology from Duke University.

Sophie is the author of "Don't Tell Me to Relax: One Teen's Journey to Survive Anxiety (And How You Can Too)", "Overcoming Overthinking: 36 Ways to Tame Anxiety for Work, School, and Life," and "Go to Help: 31 Strategies to Offer, Ask for, and Accept Help." She is also the founder of a six-figure thrifting business she built from scratch at 19.

Sophie brings her directness and humor to every engagement, knowing that authenticity creates more connection than polish ever could. Sophie believes that the most powerful thing a speaker can do is say the thing everyone else is thinking, but nobody is willing to say out loud. In her spare time, Sophie watches reality TV with her rescue dog Shadow, hunts for undervalued finds at flea markets, and maintains her lifelong commitment to avoiding retail stores at all costs.
