Prior to becoming an executive coach, Pat spent her career in business, leading teams, brands, and organizations in New York City. Her experience spans strategy, management, marketing, operations, and entrepreneurship, giving her firsthand understanding of the opportunities and pressures that come with leading people and delivering results.
Drawing on her background in business strategy, management, and organizational leadership, Pat brings a practical, business-minded perspective to coaching. She helps clients translate greater self-awareness into meaningful changes in how they lead, communicate, make decisions, develop people, and drive results. Her coaching style is direct, warm, curious, and pragmatic. Pat earned her MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and her BS from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and completed her coach training through Accomplishment Coaching.
