She then designs tailored processes to enable the client to overcome obstacles and lead with high impact and satisfaction. Her coaching and consulting style is empathetic and supportive while also direct and focused on results.
Pam has more than 2500 hours of coaching experience and has worked with executives, partners, and high potential professionals at leading global law firms, professional services organizations, Fortune 500 companies, technology companies, healthcare organizations, and nonprofit and governmental organizations. She is certified to administer a variety of individual and team workplace assessments as part of her development work with clients.
A former partner in a global, AmLaw top 25 commercial law firm, Pam holds a BA in International Relations, magna cum laude, from Tufts University and a JD from the University of Chicago Law School. She holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and an ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching.
