Background
Nicholas began his legal career in London at a boutique corporate law firm. He joined Freshfields and later moved to Hong Kong. Later, he became a partner and then Head of Knowledge Management at Pinsent Masons in the UK. Having spent time as a consultant, he went on to serve in various C-suite roles at Dewey & LeBoeuf responsible for talent management, recruiting, HR and operations. Most recently, he served as CEO of Volta Talent Strategies (2020 – 2024).
Nicholas is credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with coach training from the NeuroLeadership Institute and Brown University (in partnership with ACT) among others. He holds certifications in HR, is certified to administer developmental and 360 assessments, and is a member of SHRM, and the Law Society of England & Wales.
