Mike is the Director of Client Success at Volta Talent Strategies. Bringing over 15 years of business development and account management experience, he focuses on expanding client relationships and ensuring exceptional client service at Volta. He works with talent teams to understand their unique challenges and goals, and to design coaching, consulting, and learning initiatives that support the retention and development of their most successful lawyers and legal professionals.

Prior to joining the team, Mike worked in the supply chain and logistics industry. Throughout his career, he has partnered with mid-size to large organizations across a wide range of industry verticals, serving as a consultant, trusted advisor, business development manager and account manager to drive transportation initiatives and transform operations.

Before that role, Mike owned a broadcasting and marketing company and served as the play-by-play radio broadcaster for several sports properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. He also worked as a television sports producer and musician while living in New Orleans.

He graduated with a Political Science degree from the University of Maryland and currently lives with his family in the Nashville area.
