Julia is Client Success Manager at Volta, where she helps foster a strong client experience and supports the successful delivery of client work. She collaborates across the team to ensure engagements are thoughtfully managed and brings a relationship-centered approach to understanding client needs, supporting internal coordination, and strengthening connections with clients. Her work is informed by a keen interest in service quality, communication, and the insights that help organizations grow.

Julia was born and raised in Staten Island, New York. She has a BA from the University of Virginia in English. Outside of work, she loves reading, discovering new music, and attending museums in New York City, especially her current favorite, the MoMa in Midtown.
