Jon oversees the legal and business operations of Volta. Prior to joining the organization, Jon spent the last 15 years working in the legal industry supporting law firms and their clients, first as a Big Law corporate attorney and then as the corporate training manager at a major international law firm. He also founded his own law practice advising early-stage companies. He serves on the Career Advancement and Management Committee of the New York City Bar Association. Jon is also Co-Founder and Chief Legal Officer at Thine Solutions, the talent management platform supporting more equitable hiring, selection and development processes through assessment data and insights. He graduated with an AB degree in History from Princeton University and received his law degree (cum laude) from Cornell Law School.

Jon is originally from Scarsdale, NY and lives in Tarrytown, NY with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys running, learning new songs on the guitar, and playing outside with his kids.
