Linkedin Profile

Immersed in the industry for more than three decades as a lawyer, recruiter, consultant, and coach, Jennifer brings a unique perspective to law firms looking to strengthen their approaches to attracting, integrating, and developing lawyers and individuals as they navigate professional and leadership growth and career transitions.

Her expertise is grounded in both insight and experience. As Managing Partner of SJL Attorney Search, one of New York’s leading boutique search firms, Jennifer advised partners and associates through pivotal career moves and counseled firms on strategic initiatives. She spent over a decade at Paul Weiss and King & Spalding, providing a firsthand understanding of the demands of, and what it takes to succeed in fast paced environments and the building blocks to her current practice.

In her coaching and advisory work, Jennifer combines intellectual precision with warmth and candor. She helps lawyers articulate compelling professional narratives, develop confidence in their strengths, and make strategic choices that align with their goals. Clients appreciate her clear-eyed insight, practical guidance, and genuine curiosity, qualities that make her a valued thought partner in moments of change.

Jennifer was part of the early team at Thine Solutions, contributing to the development of competency and skills based frameworks that inform lawyer success and well-being. She is a Certified Lawyer Coach through the ICF-accredited Volta Coach Training Program and holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston University School of Law and a B.S. from Cornell University.

Outside of her professional life, Jennifer looks for ways to effect change in her community. She was part of the executive leadership team that launched Impact 100 NYC, a volunteer-led women’s organization which unites women across New York City to fund transformative initiatives that help New Yorkers overcome adversity, and served on its Board of Directors for five years before becoming an inaugural member of its Emeritus Board. Jennifer is a proud parent to her cockapoo Baxter and, when they remember to call her, children Noah and Alden.
