Jacki coaches lawyers around issues they face every day, such as time management, stress, relationships and work/life balance and broader career goals, such as business development, leadership skills, career advancement and transitions.

Having started her legal career at Goodwin Procter, Jacki practiced in the commercial real estate department. As a partner, she led and managed teams that handled a wide range of transactions from acquisitions and dispositions to joint ventures to restructurings. Jacki was named to New York Real Estate Journal’s Ones to Watch in 2021. Throughout her time at Goodwin, Jacki took an interest in the development of her colleagues. She served on committees responsible for creating and implementing the training for real estate lawyers at all levels across the U.S. and for planning and executing the monthly global practice meetings. Jacki also developed and led numerous training and orientation sessions and played an active role in the firm’s recruiting, mentoring and women’s initiatives.

Jacki has received her Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is an ICF member.  She is also a Certified Professional Coach (having graduated from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC)) and a Certified Lawyer Coach (having completed the Volta Coach Training Program). Additionally, she is certified as an iPEC Energy Leadership Index® (ELI) Master Practitioner, meaning she can deliver the ELI assessment tool, and is trained and certified in Mental Health First Aid. 

Jacki graduated magna cum laude from The University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics & Economics (PPE) and cum laude from Boston College Law School with a J.D. She is also a member of the New York and New Jersey bars.

After having practiced and lived in New York City for years, Jacki now lives in New Jersey with her husband and 3 young kids.
