Alex is a certified coach focused on helping high-performing lawyers thrive personally and professionally. Having started her career as a private equity associate at Weil Gotshal & Manges in New York, Alex became Vice President of Operations at RPW Group, a commercial real estate investment and management company. She draws on her own rich experiences – as an associate in BigLaw, a law firm client and on her comprehensive ICF-accredited training as a coach – to help empower and guide others as they navigate their career challenges and opportunities.

Alex graduated from Harvard University with a B.S. in Philosophy followed by University of Pennsylvania Law School where she earned her J.D. She is a certified life coach, having trained with IPEC (Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching). Alex is also certified by IPEC as an ELI-MP (Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner).

Alex identifies as a Hispanic and proud member of the LGBTQIA community. Thanks to her own lived experiences, Alex is passionate about serving individuals of diverse identities and backgrounds.

Alex is dedicated to a daily practice of mindfulness and meditation, which helps her support the people she coaches. It also led Alex to be a volunteer for Mission Be, a non-profit that provides mindfulness-based social and emotional learning to help children thrive academically and beyond. It offers programs directly in schools and trains educators to bring mindfulness practices into their classrooms.
